Dr. Ismail Gener is the head of the Adult Nephrology Department, having an extensive experience of about 20 years in adult nephrology. He is highly involved in the academic career, being a professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Dr. Gener Ismail has authored and co-authored different publications highly appreciated on an international level. He is in the editorial board in a few major journals and carries adult nephrology trainees on a daily basis. He was elected as the next president of the Romanian Society of Nephrology.
